IntroductionDesigning a logo has a lot to do with designing type. A logo has to function in a typographical atmosphere, so decisions on the weight, contrast and style of a logo are in direct relationship with the type being used.
Along the type being used a logo needs to stand out; being identifiable in all the nuances.
ProcedureMost of the ideas are born while sketching. It is for me the best way to improvise in this area. Later on, when the better designs stand out, I will start to digitize the logo to be able to output it in different sizes, colors, weights, etc.
Hereby you can find a series of logo’s I created over the years.
